The Blue Book is an online data platform containing contact details of all permanent/ observer missions accredited to the United Nations Office at Vienna. The UNOV Protocol Service updates this information on a daily basis, based on the information provided by its permanent missions.
The Blue Book is published for information purposes only and is intended for use by missions and the Secretariat.
The Protocol and Liaison Services of the United Nations Headquarters in New York and of the United Nations Office at Geneva maintain similar platforms for permanent/observer missions.
