For changes affecting the permanent mission and its personnel, such as departure, marital status, promotion, address, phone
number, general email address and alike, the mission should notify the UNOV Protocol and NGO Liaison Service through a note
verbale at its earliest convenience.
The UNOV Protocol and NGO Liaison Service is responsible for informing the
Federal Ministry of Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs of Austria of all changes concerning permanent missions upon receipt
of information from the missions.
